• Two or three sample chapters

• Detailed outline and Table of Contents

• A brief overview of the market for your book and its competition

• Brief personal/professional bio, focusing on your qualifications as author, including information on any previously published books, articles, or other materials

• Complete contact information, including email and snail mail address and phone number

• CD with a handful of representative samples of your photos or other artwork

Important: Do not send slides or original art. If you want your proposal returned, include a SASE. We will handle your submission with care, though Headwater Books is not responsible for lost or damaged materials.
